How To Join C.A.P.S.

STEP 1
Write a letter of commitment to the CAPS Mission and Vision as outlined below and in the letter of commitment template. Click here for template letter. This letter should be on your company letterhead and addressed to the CAPS Chairman:

A copy of the letter should also be sent to the Dow Gulf Coast Pipeline Responsible Care Leader:

STEP 2
Once the letter is received, the company will be included on the roster of CAPS members.

STEP 3
The CAPS Chairman will send the new CAPS member additional information on the CAPS organization, activities and meeting dates.
